The Inside Sales Representative coordinates traffic control setups, tracks projects in an ERP system, develops customer relationships, generates leads, follows up on accounts, reviews invoices, and supports equipment, rental, sign, and installation sales. The role also contributes to process improvement, production and billing accuracy, AFAD utilization, customer service, and business growth while collaborating across the organization.

Set up and remove traffic control devices, use stop/slow paddle to direct traffic, monitor job site safety, communicate with crew, work outdoors in all weather, and stand or walk long shifts. Receive paid training and certification; follow safety procedures and pass pre-hire screening.
