Designs and implements a compliant identity ecosystem across cloud, on-premises, and mission systems. Responsibilities include Zero Trust architecture, IAM/IGA lifecycle automation, PAM, export-control enforcement, FIPS-validated cryptography, NIST alignment, threat mitigation using MITRE ATT&CK, and identity telemetry integration. Partners with incident response teams and stakeholders while managing project progress and agile delivery.

Leads detection engineering across the full lifecycle, including telemetry pipelines, SIEM/EDR queries, alert tuning, threat hunting, SOAR automation, purple-team validation, and forensic incident escalation. The role maps adversary behaviors to MITRE ATT&CK, enforces NIST and ITAR/EAR monitoring requirements, and maintains detection-as-code through version control and CI/CD. It also serves as a Tier 3 technical authority and communicates project status to stakeholders.

Lead and execute global sales across assigned accounts: manage customer relationships, advance pipeline, qualify opportunities, negotiate contracts, develop proposals, ensure delivery handoffs, and support capture processes to close large, strategic deals within commercial and profitability targets.
