Supports the Community Director with daily operations of a 55+ residential community. Responsibilities include maintaining financial and resident records, processing rent and fees, assisting with leasing and renewals, conducting tours and move-in orientations, supporting marketing and resident events, reviewing applications, coordinating maintenance reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing Laws.
