Leads end-to-end deployment of cloud-based emergency communications platforms for public safety agencies. Responsibilities include technical implementation planning, system configuration, testing, integrations, go-live support, stakeholder coordination, customer handoffs, training, issue resolution, and post-deployment optimization. The role partners with engineering, DevOps, product, implementation teams, customers, and public safety stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient solutions.

Lead nationwide permitting for ALPR infrastructure deployments. Manage relationships with permitting and zoning authorities, oversee multi-jurisdictional approval workflows, identify regulatory risks, interpret NEC, NFPA, zoning, and environmental requirements, and develop scalable tracking and reporting processes. Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, deployment, and customer success teams to forecast permitting impacts and enable compliant, high-volume installations.

Build applications, dashboards, workflows, and automations that solve operational challenges for public safety agencies. Embed onsite with agencies to understand their workflows, translate needs into technical requirements, develop and test solutions, drive adoption, and measure outcomes. Serve as a technical resource coordinating with Axon teams on deployments and complex issues, while sharing customer insights and reusable solutions with Product and Engineering.
