Lead and scale a national enterprise sales organization to drive adoption of Axon's Drone as First Responder and counter-drone solutions. Develop go-to-market strategy, support agencies building aerial response programs, collaborate with product and engineering, cultivate public safety and government relationships, manage ~11 AEs, and deliver measurable, metric-driven results.

The Account Executive is responsible for selling products and services to new and established Law Enforcement customers, managing leads, and achieving sales targets.
