It collaborates with engineering, deployment, legal, compliance, and customer success teams to secure approvals and keep high-volume installations on schedule.

Leads Axon’s national Majors Air sales organization, driving adoption of Drone as First Responder and counter-drone technologies across public safety and government markets. Responsibilities include managing enterprise account executives, developing go-to-market strategy, supporting aerial response program deployments, cultivating government and regulatory relationships, and partnering with product, engineering, strategy, and operations teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver measurable growth.

Integrate, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot a cloud-based emergency communications platform. Responsibilities include VoIP and PBX integration, customer onboarding, customized unified communications solutions, technical documentation, operations-team training, and technical support. The role requires expertise in VoIP protocols, networking, Linux, cloud environments, and highly available real-time communications systems while coordinating with operations, engineering, sales, product, and other stakeholders.
