Owns global accounting close processes, including multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, US general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Leads accounting automation and AI transformation initiatives, maintains internal controls, supports audits and technical accounting, and manages a small accounting team. Partners with FP&A, Legal, Treasury, Procurement, People, and other cross-functional stakeholders to improve scalability and efficiency.

Lead a team of 2-3 marketing operations professionals to own end-to-end lead management, including lead scoring, funnel design, nurturing, and marketing automation. Drive cross-functional initiatives with marketing, sales, and ops, optimize HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, establish governance, and influence senior stakeholders to scale processes in a high-growth B2B environment.

Act as technical lead for regional pre-sales: run demos and POVs, architect security solutions, support discovery and competitive analysis, develop account-based strategies, train internal and channel teams, and travel extensively to close enterprise deals.
