Teams at Axonius

Leads Axonius’s global events portfolio and executive programs, including flagship customer events and industry conferences. Owns event strategy, budgets, vendors, logistics, cross-functional coordination, executive experiences, and performance reporting. The role aligns events with pipeline growth, brand awareness, customer relationship development, and deal acceleration while managing end-to-end execution and measurable ROI.

Directs global sales enablement strategy, onboarding, training, knowledge sharing, sales playbooks, content management, and performance measurement. Partners with Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations to align messaging, product launches, sales methodology, and enablement tools. The role focuses on accelerating seller ramp time, improving sales effectiveness, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring consistent communication of the company’s value proposition.

Lead and build Axonius's PR function across the U.S. and Israel: secure media coverage and CEO visibility, develop comprehensive PR programs and crisis playbook, partner with product/marketing and leadership, establish measurable PR KPIs, and integrate AI tools (including Anthropic Claude) into workflows to increase productivity.
