Own the operational and technical execution of Babylist’s CRM program across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. Build and optimize multi-channel journeys, audiences, segmentation logic, production workflows, and data integrations across Iterable, Contentful, Cloudinary, Shopify, and Hightouch. Ensure QA, personalization, compliance, deliverability, and data integrity while troubleshooting platform issues, monitoring audience health, interpreting performance signals, and improving targeting and cadence. Partner cross-functionally on content and use AI to increase CRM production speed and quality.

Lead Babylist’s brand positioning, architecture, visual identity, creative studio, campaign concepting, video production, and partnership marketing. Build scalable, AI-enabled brand systems that help teams create on-brand work without manual approvals. Partner with product design, engineering, content, communications, and commercial teams to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and partner value while protecting brand consistency across the customer journey.

Own the Early Investor product end to end, including roadmap, growth, monetization, experimentation, retention features, success metrics, and iteration. Partner daily with engineering, identify opportunities for postpartum families, communicate results to leadership, and accelerate Babylist Money’s growth.
