Own Backblaze’s analytics transformation and semantic layers using dbt and Snowflake. Build governed data models, certified metrics, lineage, testing, documentation, and auditable financial-reporting data products. Establish engineering standards and scalable delivery practices while partnering with Data Engineering, Finance, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Business Intelligence. Translate ambiguous reporting needs into trusted entities, metrics, and source-of-truth models, with emphasis on data quality, stakeholder adoption, and AI-ready foundations.

Lead and coordinate CloudOps strategic projects from planning through closeout. Maintain task-level project plans, track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and KPIs, facilitate cross-functional alignment, produce executive reporting, and develop repeatable processes and governance to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and objectives.

Lead B2 object storage product strategy and roadmap; own end-to-end discovery and delivery; gather customer and partner inputs; translate needs into technical requirements; collaborate with Design, Engineering, and GTM to launch features; define KPIs and iterate using data; evangelize Backblaze solutions and monitor market/competitive trends.
