Identify, engage, and qualify real estate investors and referral partners through high-volume outbound prospecting. Manage and track pipeline in CRM, qualify leads to lending criteria (ARV, LTV, property type, exit strategy), hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives, and hit monthly activity and handoff targets while building referral relationships.

Build and ship full-stack features across a TypeScript/React frontend and TypeScript/Python backend. Own integrations and backend services (LoanPro, HubSpot), add tests and monitoring, resolve production issues, participate in code review and planning, and use AI tooling to automate and increase development velocity.

Own governance, configuration, and integration integrity of core business systems (starting with HubSpot). Administer CRM end-to-end, rationalize automation (Zapier/Workato), ensure data integrity, coordinate LoanPro implementation and vendor relationships, and serve as the cross-functional systems operator between Operations, Engineering, and vendors.
