The Program Manager will oversee the development of a laser-based pointing system, managing contracts, teams, and project success through planning and risk management.

Manage and develop a section of hardware engineers (mechanical, electrical, RF, EO/IR), recruit/train/assign staff, enforce hardware development processes, and serve as a technical contributor across the product lifecycle for DoD Electronic Warfare systems (design, reviews, verification, integration). Role is full-time onsite and requires ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Develop, analyze, design, implement, and test complex software (primarily C++) for defense systems on Windows/Linux and embedded targets (ARM, x86-64, GPUs). Integrate and test in target environments, use source control, and support integration/test events; work full-time on-site in Southern New Hampshire.
