Handles low- to moderate-complexity renters liability claims from assignment through resolution. Responsibilities include investigating bodily injury and property damage claims, determining coverage and liability, setting reserves, negotiating settlements, managing defense counsel and experts, identifying fraud and subrogation opportunities, maintaining claim documentation, and complying with state regulations. The role also requires customer and stakeholder communication, independent caseload management, multiple adjuster licenses, and mentoring less experienced examiners.

Provides Tier 1 phone and email support to employee benefits clients, answering benefit questions, supporting enrollment, documenting client interactions, processing benefit administration, and advocating on escalated claims. The role supports small group accounts, coordinates with HR and insurance carriers, maintains knowledge of carrier requirements, identifies discrepancies, and recommends process improvements. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and benefits knowledge are required.
