Coordinates cross-functional and global partners while managing project plans, milestones, performance measures, and readiness criteria. Requires significant domestic travel and possible international travel.

Leads finance for strategic manufacturing expansion projects across the Americas. Responsibilities include project accounting, CapEx budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, governance, internal controls, SAP and finance systems implementation, process improvement, and transition of completed projects to plant controllers. Partners with Finance, IT, plant leadership, and global stakeholders to support investment decisions and financially disciplined execution.

Leads quality readiness for a greenfield manufacturing facility from planning and process validation through launch, ramp-up, stabilization, and handoff. Establishes quality systems, procedures, control plans, inspection methods, supplier readiness, customer approvals, launch containment, KPIs, and SAP quality workflows. Coordinates cross-functional teams, trains site personnel, resolves quality risks, and transitions validated processes to the plant quality leader. Requires significant domestic travel and possible international travel.

Leads machining workstream readiness for a greenfield manufacturing facility, from equipment definition and installation through commissioning, validation, launch, and stabilization. Coordinates Engineering, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, and suppliers. Establishes process standards, quality controls, SOPs, training, certification, and performance monitoring. Manages FWT and SAT activities, risks, milestones, corrective actions, and the transition to site ownership. Requires extensive machining and manufacturing startup experience with significant domestic travel.
