Leads people-readiness strategy and execution for major business expansion initiatives. Owns workforce planning, organizational design, recruiting, compensation, HR systems, employee relations, onboarding, training, communications, and change management. Develops integrated HR project plans, manages risks and dependencies, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and measures readiness outcomes. Requires extensive HR and manufacturing experience, strong influence and project leadership skills, and the ability to operate across regions and cultures. Significant domestic travel up to 75% is required, with possible international travel.

Leads environmental, health, and safety compliance for new manufacturing sites, including EHS management systems, permits, environmental assessments, training, digital platforms, risk reduction, KPI reporting, and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification. Partners with operations, engineering, HR, facilities, regulators, auditors, and external risk-management providers to establish safe, compliant, and effective plant operations.

Leads end-to-end supply chain and procurement readiness for plant startups and strategic initiatives. Oversees supplier sourcing, contracts, production planning, MRP, inventory, logistics, warehousing, SAP readiness, launch testing, risk mitigation, organizational change, and transition to sustained site operations. Coordinates cross-functional and global partners while managing project plans, milestones, performance measures, and readiness criteria. Requires significant domestic travel and possible international travel.
