Partner with Sales, Finance, Data, Systems, and Engineering to improve CRM infrastructure, automate workflows, build scalable processes, and support sales enablement. Use AI, analytics, and business intelligence to identify opportunities and guide leadership decisions.

Own revenue operations strategy and planning by building scalable models connecting revenue targets, headcount, capacity, productivity, quotas, and performance. Partner with Finance, Recruiting, Sales, and Data teams to validate assumptions, develop hiring and investment plans, monitor plan-versus-actual results, and improve forecasting and reporting workflows. Use AI and analytical tools to structure complex problems, generate insights, and provide clear recommendations to leadership.

Own the deal review, approval, structuring, and quote configuration process from initial review through contract execution. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and other teams on pricing, contracts, commercial strategy, and new offerings. Analyze deal performance, maintain accurate data, improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, create playbooks, and support sales execution, financial reporting, and operational risk reduction.
