Oversees software engineers, bioinformatics workflows, data integration, automation, quality systems, release governance, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Partners with clinical, laboratory, scientific, quality, product, operations, and executive stakeholders to convert research methods into validated production workflows. Guides AI-enabled engineering initiatives while ensuring privacy, traceability, clinical-grade quality, and operational resilience.

Drives sales growth across the assigned region by developing sales strategies, acquiring new accounts, cultivating leads, and maintaining existing client relationships. The role delivers presentations, proposals, and contracts; negotiates terms; collaborates with marketing and product teams; conducts market research; and analyzes sales performance, forecasts, and competitive activity to achieve sales targets.
