Drives sales of dental merchandise, equipment, technology, and services across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, conducting customer visits and presentations, managing relationships, identifying business needs, meeting sales goals, partnering with vendors and internal teams, learning product offerings, and maintaining accurate sales activities and follow-up. The role requires daily territory travel, customer relationship development, effective communication, and independent time management.

Leads regional equipment sales by managing, coaching, and developing Equipment Sales Specialists; driving sales, market share, customer satisfaction, and equipment pipeline growth. Coordinates with sales, marketing, and customer advocacy teams; promotes CAD/CAM offerings; oversees training, productivity, budgets, vendor relations, regional meetings, and strategic cross-functional initiatives. Requires frequent travel throughout the Northeast District.

Provides onboarding, Tier 1 technical support, training, troubleshooting, and service coordination for digital dentistry and CAD/CAM technologies. Supports 3D printers, scanners, imaging systems, dental software, computer hardware, and automation mills. Coordinates vendors, field technicians, installations, updates, documentation, knowledgebase content, task tracking, and resource allocation. Analyzes customer satisfaction data, triages issues, maintains records, and ensures support processes and documentation remain accurate.
