Engineering Manager leading a 4–6 person backend team responsible for core fintech services, including ledgers, decisioning, integrations, authentication, and directories. The role combines people management, hiring, coaching, execution ownership, technical design reviews, production debugging, reliability, and delivery accountability. The manager must remain technically credible in Python/Django systems, uphold high-integrity engineering standards, and use AI extensively for coding, planning, debugging, communication, and team effectiveness.

Manage a portfolio of SMB and/or mid-market SaaS customers through onboarding, adoption, and growth. Drive platform education, monitor health metrics, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to surface customer feedback and improve processes.
