Lead and collaborate with animal shelter teams across the U.S. to implement strategies aimed at saving more animal lives. Manage change hands-on, foster stronger systems, and advocate for improved shelter programs while maintaining a significant travel schedule.

Support day-to-day compensation administration and Workday transactions, maintain job profiles/descriptions and pay ranges, gather and analyze internal and market data, generate compensation reports, track compliance, and provide onboarding coordination and first-year journey support. Escalate complex issues, maintain confidential records, and prepare compensation resources and communications.
