Lead partner-facing technical solutioning for BILL’s embedded financial platform. Responsibilities include conducting discovery and deep-dive workshops, designing API and systems integrations, leading architecture sessions and code reviews, creating technical documentation, training users, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing multiple implementation projects. The role requires translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes for senior stakeholders and includes approximately 25% travel.

Develop and own BILL’s organic social media strategy across major platforms. Build employee advocacy and executive social programs, manage agency partners, oversee strategy and creative quality, and use platform, competitor, and performance data to refine campaigns. The role shapes BILL’s social point of view, supports launches and thought leadership, and connects social activity to brand awareness, engagement, reach, and business growth.

Leads general ledger accounting for cash, corporate card spend, employee expenses, accruals, and prepaid expenses. Oversees month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, amortization schedules, audit documentation, and process improvements in NetSuite. Manages and coaches accounting team members while strengthening controls, resolving system and workflow issues, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting.
