Build and lead commercial strategy and operations for a 250-person prenatal field organization: set strategy, territory design, quota and comp plans, sales analytics and dashboards, partner with commercial data science, deploy AI to scale insight, and program-manage cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue and account expansion.

Implements and supports EMR integrations for healthcare providers and hospital IT teams. Responsibilities include workflow assessments, implementation and rollout planning, training, change management, go-live support, data migration, interface coordination, enrollment and billing configuration, and post-integration customer support. The role also educates sales teams and clients, manages cross-functional project teams, and improves the onboarding experience. Travel of up to 50% throughout the United States is required.

Lead strategy and execution of BillionToOne's event marketing across national, regional, and experiential programs to drive pipeline, revenue, and brand. Own portfolio investment, KPIs, vendor relationships, and cross-functional alignment. Build and scale the team, operating processes, and reporting to optimize ROI and commercial outcomes while partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, and executive leadership.
