Teams at Bilt

Field-first sales role owning a regional territory in Texas to acquire property managers for the Bilt platform. Heavy in-person canvassing, pipeline building from cold outreach to signed contracts, relationship development with leasing teams and owners, representing Bilt at events, and coordinating handoffs to Implementation.

Act as the on-site primary contact for property management partners to drive product rollouts, adoption, training, and change management. Manage strategic accounts, translate partner needs to product teams, troubleshoot in real time, and build long-term relationships while traveling regionally for launches and check-ins.
