Lead technical onboarding for new customers: run kickoff calls, configure integrations (DMS and schedulers), process historical data, troubleshoot scheduling issues, run tests, launch rooftops, document setups, and hand off to Customer Success within a few days to three weeks.

Build and maintain full-stack features using Ruby on Rails back end and Angular front end. Own features end-to-end, diagnose full-stack issues, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and support cross-functional teams across multiple product domains and core platform services.

As a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer, you'll lead data initiatives, manage a team, and ensure data quality while turning insights into actionable decisions across the company.
