Lead the AI workflow roadmap for implementation-to-renewal, define and prioritize AI agent use cases, manage backlog and delivery, ensure security/privacy/responsible AI, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive platform adoption, and measure agent usage and business impact to move pilots to production.
