Own partner marketing campaigns, communications, automated workflows, webinars, events, and partner programs. Manage PartnerStack administration, partner records, portal updates, reporting infrastructure, and data integrity. Measure campaign engagement, activation, and referrals while partnering with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and the Partner Manager to improve processes, automate work, and scale the partner program.

Serve as the senior technical engineer on a delivery team, writing production code, shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, diagnosing complex issues, and owning software quality and reliability. Build TypeScript and JavaScript applications using Node.js, Express, React, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, testing, and observability. Modernize legacy systems, manage integrations and data synchronization, and use AI tools and automation to improve engineering workflows and delivery.

As a Sr. Software Engineer at Bloomerang, you will lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and enhance SaaS solutions while utilizing .NET and AI tools. You will ensure scalable, maintainable applications, advocate for Agile workflows, and focus on quality outcomes in software development.
