Own Bloomerang’s earned media strategy, media relations, pitching, bylines, op-eds, press releases, awards, podcasts, trendjacking, and media reporting. Build journalist relationships across technology and nonprofit sectors, partner with executives on media-ready perspectives, and use AI tools for pitch personalization, monitoring, and drafting while maintaining editorial judgment and brand voice.

Serve as the senior technical engineer on a delivery team, writing production code, shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, diagnosing complex issues, and owning software quality and reliability. Build TypeScript and JavaScript applications using Node.js, Express, React, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, testing, and observability. Modernize legacy systems, manage integrations and data synchronization, and use AI tools and automation to improve engineering workflows and delivery.

Administer and improve the Salesforce platform by managing configuration changes, flows, metadata, permissions, users, security, data access, integrations, and third-party applications. Gather requirements, implement solutions, support tickets, maintain technical documentation, monitor Salesforce releases, and collaborate across teams in an Agile or Scrumban environment.
