Lead and facilitate Agile teams to deliver projects by applying servant leadership and project management practices. Responsibilities include backlog refinement, planning, estimation, demos, retrospectives, removing impediments, tracking progress, budgets, milestones and quality, reporting to stakeholders, improving team maturity, and collaborating on resource allocation and process adherence.

Designs and builds modern web and mobile front-end solutions and reusable components, integrates with APIs and analytics, uses data and experimentation to optimize personalization, collaborates across teams, ensures security/accessibility/compliance, leverages AI tools, and supports releases and on-call rotation.
