Lead complex procurement solution implementations for healthcare and hospital pharmacy customers, including configuration, data validation, project planning, go-live, training, and customer communication. Advise purchasing and pharmacy stakeholders on cost savings, 340B compliance, GPO alignment, and medication shortages. Coordinate with wholesalers and internal teams, manage multiple projects, maintain documentation, travel to customer sites, and mentor implementation specialists.

Drive revenue growth for procurement and compliance SaaS products by managing the full sales cycle across mid-market hospital pharmacy accounts. Generate pipeline, prospect new and existing customers, achieve recurring-revenue quotas, engage senior stakeholders, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM reporting, and collaborate with marketing, business development, clinical strategy, customer success, and implementation teams. The role is remote across the continental United States and requires occasional travel.

Lead and manage software implementation projects for hospital pharmacy customers. Serve as primary customer contact, schedule deployments, configure software, run training (remote and onsite), coordinate with internal teams and wholesalers, maintain project documentation, and travel extensively to support hardware/software rollouts.
