Prepare detailed AutoCAD design and as-built drawings, network/server/power calculations, and close-out documentation for physical security and low-voltage projects. Maintain document repositories, collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers, ensure documentation standards, support sales collateral, and improve design processes while managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.

Provides operational leadership across electronic security projects and branch operations. Oversees project governance, risk mitigation, forecasting, financial performance, resource optimization, process standardization, and continuous improvement. Partners with branch, engineering, sales, procurement, service, and finance teams to improve project execution, margins, schedule adherence, safety, and customer satisfaction. Supervises employees, supports operational planning, and ensures compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements across customer and construction sites.

Develop and program building automation control databases, graphics, and sequences. Perform system startup, commissioning, point-to-point checks, troubleshooting, BACnet configuration, documentation, and service support. Coordinate with installers, contractors, project managers, sales teams, and building engineers. Provide customer training, assist with estimates and project turnover, support retrofit work, and participate in on-call emergency response. The role involves job-site travel, physical work, occasional lifting, work at heights, and confined-space conditions.
