Sell and support the Intracept therapy within the Austin territory by developing territory plans, achieving sales targets, providing clinical and technical training to providers, engaging facility decision makers, managing inventory and samples, maintaining CRM and administrative records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Lead analysis, design, and implementation of manufacturing and business process improvements to increase capacity, reduce lead-time and WIP, and improve fill rates. Perform capacity analyses, develop metrics, support layout and workflow optimization using AutoCAD, facilitate Kaizen/Gemba, conduct time studies and ergonomic projects, train teams on Lean principles, and collaborate with cross-functional/internal and supplier stakeholders to resolve supply issues and improve manufacturability.

Perform chemical, biological, and microbiological analyses on products and materials per specifications. Interpret results, troubleshoot assays, manage sample flow and records, perform equipment PM/calibration, support investigations, write procedures, and run validations.
