As an Account Executive, you will manage the sales cycle, conduct research on prospects, drive sales processes, and build relationships with customers in the Small Medium Business segment.

Outbound Business Development Representative for Public Sector accounts responsible for prospecting, generating qualified pipeline, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with Account Executives and marketing. Conduct targeted outreach, research accounts, engage decision-makers, and track leads in Salesforce. Hybrid role with training, mentorship, and performance-driven goals.

Act as first contact for new leads, engage prospects via calls and email, qualify opportunities, meet quota, use Salesforce for lead metrics, and occasionally close small deals (<$5K ARR). Collaborate with AEs and Marketing to drive territorial revenue growth and represent Box solutions to customers.

Own end-to-end monthly commission calculations and validations across global GTM roles. Reconcile data from Salesforce, Workday, and other sources; build robust Excel models. Manage monthly workflows, stakeholder communications, and approvals. Troubleshoot exceptions, build forecast/scenario models, calculate new-hire quota proration, and document SOPs and audit trails. Drive process improvements and automation opportunities to ensure accurate, timely payouts.
