Own end-to-end monthly commission calculations and validations across global GTM roles. Reconcile data from Salesforce, Workday, and other sources; build robust Excel models. Manage monthly workflows, stakeholder communications, and approvals. Troubleshoot exceptions, build forecast/scenario models, calculate new-hire quota proration, and document SOPs and audit trails. Drive process improvements and automation opportunities to ensure accurate, timely payouts.

Qualify and engage inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and marketing; manage leads in Salesforce; collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing; meet territorial quota targets; negotiate and close smaller deals (< $5,000 ARR); occasionally close end-to-end deals with small organizations; work hybrid from assigned office.
