Drives technical sales and business development for thermal solutions in industrial, medical, and transportation markets. Responsibilities include acquiring customers, expanding existing accounts, analyzing markets, developing customer solutions with engineering, managing quotations and pricing, overseeing projects through implementation, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining customer relationships. The role is remote with customer-site engagement and possible international travel, requiring strong technical sales experience, strategic business judgment, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new customers and markets, building customer relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, managing quotations and projects, and using CRM to track opportunities. Support technical selling, product demonstrations, and negotiate commercial terms; travel (including periodic international) as needed.
