Manage and review U.S. international tax compliance engagements for clients with foreign operations. Advise on cross-border transactions, tax treaties, global structures, and international tax planning. Review Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865; coordinate multinational tax considerations; manage budgets and deadlines; mentor junior staff; maintain client relationships; monitor legislative changes; and support business development.

Lead tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements for cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, and digital asset clients. Advise on federal, state, and international tax matters involving transactions, token issuances, staking, mining, DeFi, and NFTs. Review complex tax filings and technical memoranda, manage client relationships, budgets, staffing, and profitability, mentor tax professionals, and help expand BPM’s digital asset tax practice.
