Supervise corporate tax engagements by preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local tax returns, researching complex tax matters, identifying planning opportunities, managing deadlines, and ensuring quality. Build client relationships, collaborate with senior leaders, and review, coach, and train junior tax professionals while maintaining current knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

Manage business valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax, transactions, disputes, and audit support. Lead valuation analyses, reports, exhibits, quality control, issue resolution, client relationships, staff development, project management, and business development. Apply financial modeling, capital markets, derivatives, and advanced analytical techniques while supporting marketing and thought leadership initiatives.

Provides accounting and advisory services to nonprofit clients, including month-end close, fund accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, grant and donor reporting, and audit preparation. Manages multiple client engagements, communicates directly with stakeholders, supports process improvements, reviews junior staff work, and assists with client onboarding. Uses QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Excel while applying nonprofit accounting principles and U.S. GAAP.
