Teams at Branch Insurance

Owns a defined territory and production target by growing independent agency business. Builds agency relationships through in-person visits, training, presentations, and local events; drives adoption of Branch’s quoting platform and ideal-risk appetite; secures production commitments; monitors pipeline, premium, policy counts, and agency activation; addresses objections; re-engages inactive agencies; and provides competitive and market insights to cross-functional teams.

Leads FP&A, product finance, and business insights teams; owns annual planning, forecasting, long-range financial modeling, budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic finance. Partners with executives and cross-functional leaders on investment decisions, unit economics, reporting, fundraising, and regulatory financial oversight. Manages and develops a team of 10, improves planning systems and processes, and prepares board, investor, and shareholder materials.

Own the end-to-end statutory financial reporting process for a property and casualty insurer, including quarterly and annual NAIC filings, RBC analysis and forecasting. Analyze financial outcomes, maintain reporting processes, develop internal control testing frameworks, support audits and reconciliations, and collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Legal, Insurance, actuarial, reinsurance, and Data teams on regulatory and reporting needs.
