Lead core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, payroll/benefits assistance, training, and manager coaching to strengthen culture and engagement.

Design and document residential lighting and motorized shade control systems from sales input to install. Produce plans, elevations, product specifications, and installation documentation; partner with sales, PMs, and programmers; test and recommend products; provide remote and occasional onsite support; maintain project documentation and customer confidentiality.
