Teams at Braze

Prospect and qualify enterprise (5,000+ employee) accounts through outbound outreach to generate meetings for Enterprise AEs. Research accounts, craft personalized messaging, collaborate on territory strategy, and maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce while meeting monthly meeting and pipeline targets.

Own and evolve Braze’s ML platform for globally scaled training pipelines, model serving, deployment, orchestration, and observability. Lead complex infrastructure initiatives, improve reliability and cost efficiency, manage incident response, and establish production quality standards. Partner across teams, shape technical strategy, mentor senior engineers and data scientists, and connect platform decisions to customer and business outcomes.

Lead the roadmap and commercial outcomes for Braze’s Content Cards and Banners products. Drive customer adoption, faster content creation, AI-assisted authoring, API programmability, reliability, performance, and observability at massive scale. Partner with engineering, design, SDK, sales, support, and enterprise customers while defining product strategy, measurement baselines, technical priorities, and investment tradeoffs. This senior individual contributor role requires strong technical judgment, customer focus, commercial fluency, and cross-functional influence.
