Develops financial models, forecasts, reporting packages, and cash flow projections; analyzes monthly results, budgets, variances, and key metrics; supports executive decision-making; and performs merger and acquisition analysis and due diligence. Consultants work onsite or remotely as part of client teams.

Develop new business for a management consulting firm by leveraging an established Austin-area executive and referral network. Responsibilities include relationship building, networking, prospecting, qualifying leads, generating introductions, promoting finance and technology consulting services, and partnering with practice leaders to nurture opportunities. The role requires strong C-suite communication, finance and accounting knowledge, and consistent in-person business development activity.

Provide consulting cost accounting and inventory support for mid-market manufacturing clients: build and maintain job costing and standard cost models, perform inventory accounting and reconciliations, lead cycle counts, analyze manufacturing costs, partner with operations to identify savings, and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance across interim and project engagements.

Serve as client-facing accounting lead supporting month-end close, reconciliations, audit preparation, clean-up, M&A integration, and financial reporting. Coordinate with internal teams, communicate with client finance leadership, provide project updates and consulting insights, and adapt to varied client environments and tasks.

Serve as a strategic business partner delivering interim and project-based accounting services: lead accounting operations, implement internal controls, develop budgeting/forecasting and financial models, optimize finance functions for growth, partner with executives, investors, and advisors, and support client engagements onsite and remotely.

Manage client accounting engagements including reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, audit preparation, and M&A data integration. Build client relationships, coordinate delivery with internal teams, provide status updates and GAAP research, and adapt to varied client environments.

Provide interim and project-based full-cycle accounting support for small to mid-sized clients: monthly close, financial reporting, reconciliations, AP/AR/GL/payroll/cash management, revenue recognition, use accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Great Plains, Intacct) and Excel, and deliver consulting-style client service onsite.

Lead NetSuite implementation workstreams: capture requirements, configure systems, manage data migration and integrations, validate processes, run testing and training, produce documentation, manage client escalations and timelines, and mentor junior consultants to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.

Deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations: capture requirements, configure systems, manage data migration/integration, test and train users, produce documentation, manage client communication and project tasks, and mentor junior consultants. Support industry-specific solutions across supply chain, project-based services, field service, and subscription/software environments.
