Develop new business for a management consulting firm by leveraging an established Austin-area executive and referral network. Responsibilities include relationship building, networking, prospecting, qualifying leads, generating introductions, promoting finance and technology consulting services, and partnering with practice leaders to nurture opportunities. The role requires strong C-suite communication, finance and accounting knowledge, and consistent in-person business development activity.

Provide consulting cost accounting and inventory support for mid-market manufacturing clients: build and maintain job costing and standard cost models, perform inventory accounting and reconciliations, lead cycle counts, analyze manufacturing costs, partner with operations to identify savings, and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance across interim and project engagements.

Manage inside sales and marketing for the Austin practice: prospect and research targets, set meetings, run email and social campaigns, support proposal/RFP responses, maintain contact database, assist client managers, attend local networking events, and develop relationships with referral partners to drive business growth and pipeline.
