The Customer Success Manager will manage the post-sale relationship with customers, ensuring their success, satisfaction, and engagement with the product while identifying growth opportunities and mitigating churn risks.

Work with clients and internal teams to implement, configure, test, and train on benefits administration software. Elicit and translate business needs into requirements and user stories, prioritize multiple projects, engage stakeholders, troubleshoot application issues, and maintain deep product knowledge.

Design, build, and maintain automated and manual tests and frameworks to ensure software quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, execute test suites in CI/CD, report defects, and improve automation coverage and processes. Support functional, regression, performance, usability, and security testing and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders.
