The Special Project Lead will scale the AI agent for interviews, guiding customer implementation, enhancing adoption, and providing product feedback while partnering with sales and operational teams.

The Implementations Manager will oversee onboarding processes for customers, ensuring effective integration of BrightHire's solutions while coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.

Build and own end-to-end AI features across the stack: prompt engineering, evals, vector search, backend/data models, and frontend interactions. Ensure accuracy, safety, speed, and on-brand AI outputs. Collaborate with Product and Design to iterate on generative AI features used daily (coaching, candidate summaries, natural-language assistant).
