The Special Project Lead will scale the AI agent for interviews, guiding customer implementation, enhancing adoption, and providing product feedback while partnering with sales and operational teams.

Build and own end-to-end AI features across the stack: prompt engineering, evals, vector search, backend/data models, and frontend interactions. Ensure accuracy, safety, speed, and on-brand AI outputs. Collaborate with Product and Design to iterate on generative AI features used daily (coaching, candidate summaries, natural-language assistant).

The Founding Solutions Engineer will oversee enterprise sales cycles, design integration solutions, create demos, support POCs, and ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales for enterprise customers.
