Leads infrastructure and municipal utility financing, financial analysis, capital improvement planning, rate studies, budgeting, funding strategies, and grant and loan applications. Advises clients on business transformation, governance, risk mitigation, strategic planning, and federal and state funding opportunities. Conducts market and competitor analysis, supports municipal finance initiatives, and mentors less experienced staff.

Designs complex electrical and instrumentation and control systems for water, wastewater, municipal, industrial, and federal facilities. Responsibilities include electrical drawings, cable tray and conduit layouts, equipment, lighting, circuit, grounding, and controls design; Revit and AutoCAD modeling; cross-discipline coordination; equipment schedules; field data gathering; regulatory compliance; and mentoring junior designers.
