Perform and lead quantitative groundwater flow and contaminant transport modeling for remediation, permitting, and water resources projects. Develop model inputs, run numerical models, reduce field data, create geospatial and conceptual models, perform uncertainty and parameter estimation, produce technical reports and presentations, and contribute to digital solution development and client support.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data and AI platform infrastructure including ETL pipelines, data warehouses/lakes, data modeling, SQL/Python development, and production MLOps/LLMOps (RAG, vector search, embeddings). Partner with data scientists, cloud architects, and engineers to ensure secure, observable, and auditable AI-enabled solutions and troubleshoot data quality and performance issues. Mentor junior staff.

Develop and apply quantitative groundwater-surface water models and digital solutions. Perform data reduction, geologic cross sections, pumping test analyses, model input preparation, groundwater flow and contaminant transport modeling, GIS mapping, uncertainty analysis, technical reporting, and client communication while collaborating with senior staff and supporting remediation, permitting, and water resources projects.
