Balance revenue, margin, risk, and retention while mentoring CSM talent, influencing resource allocation, and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor across service lines and geographies.

Lead administrative project support: manage documents, schedule and run meetings, track action items and deliverables, set up collaboration platforms (SharePoint/MS Teams), create workflows, prepare presentations, develop onboarding and H&S documentation, mentor team members, and audit records to ensure accuracy.

Support design team with coordination of deliverables, specification production, QA/QC documentation, project schedules, collaboration sites, construction administration tasks, and basic project management under moderate supervision.
