Teams at BSA LifeStructures

Leads electrical, mechanical, or plumbing engineering design for healthcare projects, coordinating project scope, budgets, schedules, documentation, and construction delivery. Collaborates with clients and multidisciplinary teams, presents designs, mentors junior staff, and supports business development and client relationship growth. Requires professional engineering licensure, an accredited engineering degree, and at least 10 years of relevant healthcare project experience. Proficiency with design and Adobe software is preferred.
