Generate leads, conduct approximately 100 calls weekly, research prospects, identify business needs, build relationships with decision-makers, and schedule sales meetings. Maintain accurate CRM and performance data, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, report pipeline activity, and support promotional initiatives. The representative will communicate about environmental, health, and safety services while working toward phone-sales metrics and regional growth objectives.

Lead safety administration for a large-scale construction project operating under a ROCIP. Conduct audits, inspections, hazard assessments, orientations, training, incident investigations, and contractor compliance reviews. Track safety metrics, maintain injury reports, update safety provisions, and coordinate with contractors, insurers, project leadership, and clients. Support additional projects by developing safety programs, conducting site inspections, ensuring OSHA compliance, and promoting a proactive safety culture.

Supports environmental, health, and safety consulting engagements through industrial hygiene assessments, workplace inspections, hazard and risk evaluations, compliance audits, EHS management systems, training, environmental compliance, ergonomic assessments, sustainability initiatives, and technical reporting. The role involves client interaction, field data collection, analysis, recommendations, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Travel to client sites and other locations is required.
