Partners with vendors and business leaders to align technology solutions with strategic priorities, manage incidents and releases, oversee budgets and service metrics, ensure regulatory and security compliance, and drive adoption. Manages technology staff through capacity planning, hiring, development, performance feedback, and prioritization while delivering scalable, cost-effective solutions that improve operational efficiency and client experience.

Develop and maintain multi-tier applications for a payment processing platform using C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies. Translate customer and product requirements into solutions, troubleshoot issues, recommend architectural and process improvements, and serve as a platform subject matter expert. Lead or support Scrum teams, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with global stakeholders, act as a customer point of contact, and uphold Agile, QA, SOLID, and CI/CD practices.
