Designs and operates security controls for AWS multi-account environments, including IAM, networking, encryption, secrets, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, policy-as-code, vulnerability management, telemetry, and incident response. Partners with engineering, DevOps, architecture, MLOps, IT, GRC, and audit teams to create secure platform patterns, golden paths, guardrails, documentation, and compliance evidence. Mentors engineers and improves cloud security without slowing delivery.

Lead annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, executive reporting, KPI development, financial modeling, and performance management. Partner with senior leaders across functions to evaluate investments, pricing, capacity, cost structure, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives. Build sophisticated Excel-based models, improve FP&A processes and systems, present insights to executives and the Board, and mentor finance talent while supporting scalable growth.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and platform guardrails. Improve delivery reliability, security gates, developer self-service, and AI-enabled SDLC practices while partnering with engineering, security, and MLOps teams.

Lead decomposition of a monolith into microservices, design and implement backend and frontend features, build secure high-performance APIs and event-driven services, collaborate cross-functionally, champion CI/CD and testing, and contribute to cloud-native AWS serverless architecture and platform strategy.

Lead BusPatrol’s multi-state public policy and government relations strategy. Design and execute legislative enablement and defense, manage internal GR team and external lobbyists/counsel, coordinate cross-functional SMEs, support market expansion and partner capacity-building, testify and present publicly, and integrate technology policy for automated enforcement and traffic-safety initiatives.

Provide day-to-day commercial contracting and operational legal support for public‑sector and commercial agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, assist with procurement/RFP matters, manage contract administration and renewals, identify and escalate legal risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable efficient contract execution and compliance.

Lead government relations in the Western U.S. to drive adoption of AI-powered school bus safety solutions. Build relationships with municipal and state officials, school leaders, and law enforcement; advocate for legislative and regulatory changes; run grassroots campaigns; monitor policy developments; represent the company at hearings and events; and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Legal.
