Design, build, and extend Calendly's infrastructure platform; develop cloud-native tools and APIs (primarily in Go) using Kubernetes patterns; guide application development, mentor teams, ensure reliability and observability, and participate in on-call rotation.

Synthesize analyses across product, marketing, reporting, and data science to create executive-ready narratives and decision materials. Partner with analytics teams and business leaders to surface high-impact insights, improve discoverability and adoption of analytics, set standards for storytelling, and ensure insights drive organizational alignment and action.

Build and ship full‑stack growth experiments end-to-end to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization. Collaborate with product, design, and analytics, analyze experiment results, iterate quickly, and contribute to experimentation platform and growth infrastructure while balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
