The Senior Performance Analyst will support the commissioning and performance monitoring of Solbank BESS, analyze operational data, and collaborate with teams to improve system performance and reliability.

Support development and execution of energy storage projects by coordinating procurement, schedules, subcontractors, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Track milestones, prepare project plans and status updates, manage vendor commitments, ensure contract compliance, identify process improvements, and support procurement and site operations. Assist with MS Project scheduling and promote excellent customer service.
