Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives while participating in pipeline reviews, forecasting, deal strategy, hiring, and performance management. Improve reps' discovery, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing skills; set goals and processes; identify trends and opportunities across the sales organization; and support recruiting and career development.

The Account Executive will manage multiple accounts, navigate complex sales cycles, and advocate for the company's product to secure significant deals.
