Lead large healthcare design projects delivering client relationship management, team leadership, schedule/budget control, risk mitigation, QA/QC, and coordination of design through construction. Mentor staff, manage scope and contracts, use project tools (MS Project, Deltek), and support business development to meet quality, profitability, and regulatory requirements.

Lead and grow firm-wide climate and resilience services, integrate resilience strategies into building and master planning, guide GHG and climate risk analysis, mentor teams, develop proposals, publish case studies, and represent the firm externally.

The Director of Planning will lead the S&T design practice, mentor team members, drive innovation, and oversee business development efforts, focusing on laboratory planning and building a top-tier team.
