Owns Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, observability, incident response, disaster recovery, and platform standards. Partners across engineering, security, architecture, and product teams; evaluates technologies, leads technical decisions, and mentors engineers. Requires deep DevOps, infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud, scripting, and production troubleshooting expertise, along with technical leadership and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Lead the architecture, development, modernization, and deployment of secure enterprise software systems for federal clients. Build scalable backend applications and REST and GraphQL APIs, guide system design and technical decisions, troubleshoot complex systems, and support cloud modernization, DevSecOps, testing automation, and CI/CD. Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams while mentoring engineers and translating mission requirements into technical solutions.

Implement and administer CyberArk PAM solutions, including credential vaulting, privileged session management, credential rotation, account onboarding, access policies, upgrades, patching, and health monitoring. Automate CyberArk tasks and integrations using REST APIs and scripting, support CI/CD and secrets management, troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and Active Directory environments, and document configurations and procedures for federal modernization initiatives.
