Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams on an identity and access management program; facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, coordinate cross-team activities, track metrics, support UAT and deployments, and promote Agile best practices while mentoring team members and managing stakeholder communication.

Create and maintain user manuals, online help, process documentation, and technical specifications for software systems. Collaborate with engineers and product teams to translate complex concepts into clear, user-focused documentation; manage documentation projects end-to-end and support usability testing.

Design, secure, and scale cloud infrastructure for federal initiatives. Lead cloud modernization and migration, develop architecture standards, embed cloud security and compliance (NIST/FedRAMP/FISMA/CIS), support IaC, CI/CD, IAM, encryption, and automation, assess risks/resiliency, and collaborate with engineering, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity teams.
