Drive sales and revenue growth within a named territory by managing the full sales cycle, building executive relationships, meeting revenue targets, collaborating with solutions and delivery teams, negotiating contracts, managing accounts, representing Cardamom at industry events, and supporting marketing and product improvement efforts.

Serve as primary analyst and application owner for Epic Phoenix (Transplant). Provide BAU production support, incident/ticket resolution, application build and optimization, lead small enhancements, support Epic upgrades (testing, UAT, release planning, go-live), partner with clinical and operational stakeholders, and participate in Pacific Time day-call rotation.
